Poplar Pet Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

1.1 Membership is limited to individuals only.

1.2 One membership per person.

1.3 To apply for membership a customer must do so in store. Staff will record the customer’s name, address, email address and mobile phone number and issue a Welcome Pack immediately. Welcome Packs include a Welcome Voucher of 10% off your next purchase.

1.4 Photo ID may be requested for proof of identity in order to finalise membership.

 

2. Key Tags

2.1 Poplar Pet Club tags are now redundant and points are able to be recorded in our Point of Sale software simply by notifying staff of your surname at each visit.

2.2 Key tags are not credit, debit or charge cards and do not entitle Members to store credit.

2.3 Key tags remain the property of Poplar Petfood & Produce at all times and must be returned upon termination of membership.

 

3. Rewards and Offers

3.1 Poplar Pet Club Members will be eligible to accrue Pet Club Loyalty Points while shopping in store. Points will be accrued at a rate of 1 point for every $1 spent. Your points balance will appear on each till docket. Points can be redeemed at any time at the rate of 50 points per $1 discount.

3.2 Points are only able to be accrued on ‘cash’ sales. Account sales are ineligible to accrue points.

3.3 Poplar Pet Club Members may choose to donate their Loyalty Points to a charity/group approved by management including local clubs.

3.4 Loyalty Points are not transferrable to a third party or redeemable for cash.

3.5 Poplar Pet Club Members may be notified of special offers and invitations via mail, email, SMS or in store.

3.6 Poplar Pet Club Members will have access to promotional prices on selected items. These will be clearly marked in store.

3.7 Member offers are only available while stock lasts.

3.8 If Poplar Petfood & Produce invites a Member to a special event, proof of ID may be required to gain admittance or to access discounts at the event.

4. Personal Information

4.1 Participation in the Poplar Pet Club is conditional on providing the requested information on the membership form.

4.2 Personal information collected on this membership form will not be provided to third parties and is solely used for customer relationship and marketing purposes within Poplar Petfood & Produce.

 

5. Changes and Termination

5.1 Poplar Petfood & Produce may, in its absolute discretion, at any time:

– Change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions which will be effective upon publishing the new Terms and Conditions on the website (www.poplarpetfood.com.au)

– Change, amend, vary, withdraw or cancel any reward.

– Modify, suspend, cancel or terminate Poplar Pet Club.

– Exclude a customer from participating in the Poplar Pet Club.

– Suspend or terminate a Member’s membership

5.2 In the event that the Poplar Pet Club is terminated, or an individual membership is terminated, any entitlements the Member may have had will automatically expire.

5.3 A Member may terminate their membership at any time by sending an email to info@poplarpetfood.com.au including full name and address with the subject line ‘cancel my membership’.
